User Agreement

Welcome to MonoPlay (the "App"). Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Service Description

  1. The App is a local game utility application. Core features include local file import, game launching, save-state management, cover management, and iCloud sync (if supported by your device and system).
  2. The App does not include, provide, or distribute third-party copyrighted game content.

2. Lawful Use and Intellectual Property

  1. You must only import and use game files for which you have lawful rights.
  2. You must not use the App to infringe intellectual property rights, violate laws, or harm third-party rights.
  3. You are solely responsible for legal consequences arising from the content you import or use.

3. Account and Data

  1. The App does not provide a proprietary account system. Sync features rely on Apple iCloud/CloudKit services.
  2. Your game files, save data, and cover files are primarily stored on your device. If iCloud is enabled, related data may be synchronized to your iCloud storage.
  3. You are responsible for the security of your device, Apple ID, and iCloud account.

4. Third-Party Services

Certain features depend on Apple system services (such as iCloud, file picker, and photo picker). Availability and continuity of these services are controlled by the respective service providers.

5. Disclaimer

  1. The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with all devices.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for data loss or damages caused by network failures, device issues, system restrictions, user actions, or third-party service interruptions.
  3. You are strongly advised to back up important data regularly.

6. Minors

If you are a minor, you should use the App under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian.

7. Updates to This Agreement

This Agreement may be updated due to business or legal requirements. The latest version shown in the App shall apply. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
