User Agreement

Effective Date: July 19, 2026

Welcome to CC Maze (the "App"). Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Service Description

  1. The App is a local maze puzzle game. Core features include procedurally generated mazes, multi-difficulty levels, progress and record tracking, optional iCloud sync, and a built-in Maze Studio for designing and replaying custom mazes.
  2. The App does not include third-party advertising, public leaderboards, or third-party tracking in the current build.

2. Lawful Use and Intellectual Property

  1. You must use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
  2. You must not use the App to infringe intellectual property rights, violate laws, or harm third-party rights.
  3. You are solely responsible for any custom content (such as maze designs) you create or share via the App.

3. Account and Data

  1. The App does not provide a proprietary account system. Your level progress, maze records, and replay history are primarily stored on your device.
  2. If iCloud is available and signed in with the same Apple ID, Apple SwiftData and CloudKit may sync that data through your private iCloud database across devices.
  3. Diagnostic checks performed by the App are used only to show sync readiness inside the App. They are not sent to a public service.
  4. You are responsible for the security of your device, Apple ID, and iCloud account.

4. Third-Party Services

Certain features depend on Apple system services (such as iCloud, CloudKit, and file picker). Availability and continuity of these services are controlled by Apple and may affect feature behavior.

5. Disclaimer

  1. The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with all devices.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for data loss or damages caused by network failures, device issues, system restrictions, user actions, or third-party service interruptions.
  3. You are strongly advised to back up important data regularly.

6. Minors

If you are a minor, you should use the App under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian.

7. Updates to This Agreement

This Agreement may be updated due to business or legal requirements. The latest version shown in the App shall apply. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
